At our craft bakery we make and bake fresh everyday, delivering products as soon as they have cooled after leaving our ovens. We produce from scratch using true craft methods and traditional recipes, finessed over many years.  The quality of our ingredients and the skills of our bakers combine to produce unparalleled product.  


We employ traditional bakery methods, such as spongedough and sourdough to guarantee  a texture, crust and flavour in a way plant bakeries and bulk improvers cannot match. We let each dough rest and develop over 24-72 hours, slowly proving, being reworked and rested giving it TIME to allow the magic to happen. Longer fermentation gives more complex flavours and textures. 

Quality can never be rushed. 

Our confectioners carefully hand-finish all of our cakes and pastries, using sponges and cakes we made and baked specially. Our sandwich makers start early, using the breads straight from our ovens, making a wide range of delicious sandwiches, baguettes & salads as fresh as they can possibly be - every singe day.

Why do we do this? - the answer is simple! We want to make the best in bakery.

Over the last 5 years we have scooped 2 category wins, numerous golds, silvers and a bronze at the Tiptree World Bread Awards in London to go with awards from the National Association of Craft Bakers and other lovers of fine food.
